Carton House Golf Club

The O’Meara Course, designed by two-time major winner Mark O’Meara, is a classic parkland experience which meanders through acres of glorious pastures, ancient woodland and skirts the banks of the River Rye. It hosted the Irish Amateur Championship in 2005.
The Montgomerie Course, designed by Colin Montgomerie, is a 7,300 yard “links style” journey across sweeping firm fairways, cavernous bunkers and impeccable greens. It hosted the world’s finest golfers at the 2005 and 2006 Irish Opens. Awarded ‘Best New Golf Course Design 2004’ by Golf World Magazine, January 2005.
